PHI

The PHI is the ultimate plug-and-play 
adaptive optics platform for microscopy.  

PHI is Phaseform's solution to enable a seamless integration of adaptive optics to any microscope via the microscope's camera port. It contains a Deformable Phase Plate (DPP) located at the microscope’s pupil plane for precise aberration corrections. It additionally features an integrated tunable lens for ultra-fast remote focusing.

Attaches to any standard C-mount camera port: Compatible with various C-mount microscopes: confocal & spinning-disk modules, etc.

Compatible with µManager, ScanImage. ZEN Python SDK available for custom workflows.

WFS Addon

Wavefront Sensor Add-On

The Wavefront Sensor Add-On provides the option to integrate a wavefront sensor to the PHI for a more precise aberration determination in challenging samples.

Note: Wavefront sensor not included.
