He will present our novel optofluidic method for refractive high-order wavefront modulation that enables completely in-line adaptive optics systems for biomedical imaging. In addition to the details on the design, manufacturing, characterization and control of the DPP, he also discusses several refractive AO microscope implementations and provides a perspective on the future potential, and limitations of optofluidic adaptive optics.
